We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $50 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $50 we offer Standard Ground shipping and Priority shipping. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders; however, a 10% restocking fee may apply. See our refund/return policy. For international orders see our rates listed below.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm CST Monday-Friday usually ship out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm CST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Priority/Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm CST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in these rates and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
